Bold and full: Mother Teresa

Today's bold and full feature is Mother teresa (August 26, 1910-September 5, 1997)  Roman catholic sister, missionary and humanitarian.

Teresa of Calcutta, known to many as Mother Teresa was born in Skopje, Macedonia on August 26, 1910. Mother Teresa moved to Ireland, but spent most of her life in India. Mother Teresa is known for her charitable works, but most of all the way she would radiate LOVE and kindness to all.

In 1950, with Vatican permission, Mother Teresa started the Missionaries of Charity. It is made up of Roman Catholic congregation of women to show LOVE and help the poor. In 1979 she won the Nobel Peace Prize for her humanitarian work and again in an act of LOVE she gave her entire prize money of $192,000 to the poor in India.

She passed away September 5, 1997. A true inspiration of giving herself, Mother Teresa will be forever remembered. “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small tings with great love.”
