As a company we've been working to develop personal gratitude practices to help us create more abundant mindsets. Because we believe what you focus on, you create more of, and we'd like to create more positivity and goodness in this world. So for November, we're challenging ourselves (and you!) to try and do at least one thing to express gratitude.
We've created a list of 30 activities to help us all express gratitude and give back in small ways throughout November. So grab a journal or notebook and each day write down your experience or thoughts for the day's activity. We'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!
